  • Incorrect pricing has occurred; or

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We do not store your payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays;

  • Public holidays;

  • Severe weather;

  • High order volumes; or

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership of the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please refer to that policy for information regarding:

  • Defective products;

  • Change-of-mind returns;

  • Refund processing;

  • Exchanges; and

  • Return procedures.

Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act remain unaffected.

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes.

Unless otherwise stated:
